How it works and pricing

Start with a free report. Decide what's next when you've read it.

Every club starts in the same place: a short questionnaire and a personally reviewed AI Opportunities Report. Many clubs then start on the quick wins on their own. If you'd like support, the options and prices are all here, with nothing hidden.

Step by step

From questionnaire to a 90-day plan

  1. About 5 minutes

    Tell me about your club

Four short steps, nearly all tick boxes: your top three headaches first, then your club, then where you are with AI and how ready the club is. Nothing about your members or staff.

  2. Instantly

    Your score and three tips

Your AI Readiness Score out of 100 is worked out from five things: AI in use today, data protection and AI rules, how your committee feels, the systems you can get data out of, and how soon you want to start. Budget is optional and doesn't count. It measures readiness, not how well the club is run.

  3. Within 3 working days

    Your report and walkthrough

I review your answers and what your club publishes, then send the report. If you'd like, we walk through it together in 20 minutes. The walkthrough is optional. No hard sell: you get the report either way.

Inside the report

Organised around the real job of running a club

The report follows the 11 core competencies the Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE) sets out for club managers. ExperAInces is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by CMAE. For each one it scores the opportunity, suggests practical uses with an honest effort and impact rating, gives an example prompt you can try, and notes the risks, especially around member data.

You don't need to do everything. The quick wins show where to start, and the 90-day plan is designed to get there without new software or a big budget.

The 11 competencies

  • Club Governance
  • Inter-personal skills
  • Leadership
  • Accounting, finance & data analytics
  • Human & professional resources
  • External & Governmental Influences
  • Food & Beverage Management
  • Golf, sports, recreation & wellness
  • Facilities management
  • Membership & Marketing
  • Information Technology

How the monthly support works

One priority a month, done properly, adds up

Pick one job, not ten. Clubs get value from changes that stick, not from a burst of activity that fades.

  1. Start of the month

    Agree one priority

We pick one priority from your report, with one measure the committee will understand.

  2. During the month

    Set it up properly

Prompts, templates, rules and training for the people involved, with a named person checking every output.

  3. End of the month

    Review, then pick the next

We look at the result against the measure, keep what works, and choose the next priority.

A useful question to ask any adviser, including me: "What will we be able to do ourselves at the end of this that we can't do now?"

One-off options

£1,250

Board or committee AI session

A focused session for your committee or board: what AI can and can't do for the club, the risks, and the rules to agree first. Often the best first step when opinions are mixed.

£1,500

Half-day staff workshop

Hands-on training for your team on safe, approved prompts for the jobs they actually do, from the office to the bar.

£995

Paid fast-track report

The AI Opportunities Report without waiting for a free place, or for clubs outside Europe.

All prices exclude VAT.

How the service works

AI does the production. I own the judgement.

AI does the research and first drafts. I review everything your club will rely on, and I handle every call and board presentation myself. Anything touching legal, HR, safeguarding, health and safety, allergens or finance is flagged for a competent person to check.

The ground rules, in every engagement

  • No member or staff personal data goes into public AI tools
  • No personal data about members or staff goes into AI tools
  • A named person checks every AI output before it's used
  • Results reported to the committee as measures, not technology

The first step is free and takes about five minutes

Six free reports a month. When they've gone, the paid fast-track is £995 excluding VAT.
